Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 8 days of receipt. We do not accept returns of opened or used products.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at cosmeticslaperla@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions to complete the return.

3. Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once we have received and inspected the returned product. Refunds are processed based on bank processing times, which are typically 5-8 business days.

4. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at cosmeticslaperla@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product and getting a replacement.
